What is GRC workspace

Hi Team,

There is a particular Workspace appearing in our sandiago drop down by the name of " GRC workspaces"  . How is it different from Compliance /audit / Risk workspace.

What is the exact use case of it ?

Please guide .

Hi Tanmay,

That's really confusing sometimes as we have respective workspaces for different categories like, Risk, vendor management, compliance and Audit, but usually we don't use GRC Workspace and it may get deprecated in time.

But for now, if you do not want GRC workspace then:

Navigate to > Now Experience Framework > Experiences> GRC Workspace> open the record and "uncheck" "Active".

Hi @Sandeep Dutta ,

As a core developer(technical architect) from GRC end, we are the one who created these workspaces and segregated pages into various workspaces based on the re-usability so requesting to guide our community with right information by providing as much information as needed.

So ServiceNow will never release any unwanted features to customer to confuse them.

To give more context, even though pages are exist in common workspace, we can access from any other workspace by providing required configuration.
