Dear experts,
I have set the assessment questionnaire to allow retake but when I perform the internal assessment, it did not have the option to allow retake or a backflow? How can I allow the owner or someone to change the user's response rather than just view their responses?

Hello @ChuanYanF
Allow retake allows users to modify their Survey/Assessment response till due date.
Thank you,
Ali

Hi Ahmmed, does it mean I can still modify my answers to my questionnaires even if I have closed the internal assessment or how so?

Retake allows the user to update the response. Why would you ever allow someone else to update answers given by someone?

Hi Mark, because my client would like a backflow for this workflow, which is if the user's response is not correct or there is some changes or comments that wants to be made to one of the questions for user's to change their response, so in this case where it did not have a flow back function to send the question back to the assessor, I would like to suggest that the owner will have the access to change the user's response. What Im worried is that if I added in a back flow something like 'Return to Draft' button, and I add in another set of questionnaires then it will be two assessment instance that have been generated and I am afraid if I do so, based on the questions answers it will trigger multiple sets of questionnaires in the external third party risk assessment stage.
