Where to find the code for error message if field is mandatory and we try to save it with empty valu

Hi, On risk form if sync with entity owner checkbox is false it makes Owner field mandatory.
Now the requirement is if sync with entity owner is false as well as owner is empty. It should show an error message 

"Owner is mandatory before moving to Assess. Please update the owner under Ownership tab'" but currently when i try to empty the owner field and save it shows. 

The following mandatory fields are not filled in: Owner

 

How should i edit this already error message. I did check in system messages but for this application it does not exist as well as there is no client script for this error message.

did you check from where is this coming?

is it coming from UI script or some client script?

I did check but there is no client script or ui script for grc application

which field?

please share screenshots.

If you are talking about this message, something similar then it comes from platform level and whenever fields are mandatory and you try to save system shows this message and shows list of fields as comma separated

you cannot alter this.
