@Venky Kshatriy2  - not sure what you are asking - maybe autocorrect messed up your post?

Internal assessments can be used if you have upgraded to TPRM, however you cannot use them with the Due Diligence process.

The Due Diligence process does have an "internal assessment process" but it uses the IRQ templates.  You can copy an internal assessment template and change the type to be IRQ.
