You won't get an access to Demo hub unless you are part of a servicenow partner and work as pre-sales consultant majorly.

Im already a service now partner But still showing access denied.Please provide a solution as how i can request for teh access and to be granted.

The partner portal documentation for Demo Hub is a bit on the lite side;
Perhaps start by having your partner portal administrator raise a support case with ServiceNow.
