I set up a notification for one email address but it's going to a different one. Need help fixing it

I created a notification intended for a specific email address, but it's currently being sent to a different one. I need help correcting the recipient so that the notification goes to the intended address.

 

EXAMPLE:

Notification was set to send to user@example.com, but it's going to wronguser@example.com. Need help correcting the recipient.
