ITSM Simulation - Task 8 is failing - even after following the instructions in document support.

Hi @Bhavya11 - It asked me to ensure that I

- impersonate as "Problem Manager"

- resolve the problem with resolution notes as - 'Cycled server, EXCH-SD-05, per change request.'? 

- assignment group to be "Hardware" in problem record

all verification steps were followed. However, validation failed.

Hi, 

I have more or less the same problem. Can't pass task 8. 

My error message: Did you impersonate Problem Manager and create a change request with the assingment group of Hardwar...

 

I impersonated, opened a normal change request and assigned it to "Hardware" , but its impossible to put Email in the Service Field - i get the message "no results found".

Do i take the wrong field? What should I do?
