LABS not starting receiving DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Hello

 

During the course of SNOW administration fundamental, i need to go through the labs. I receive the following error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Following the screen capture the labs is started and running.

What is going wrong? I'vee changed from PC, browser, connection ...

Hello @FREDERIC_S,  please follow the below steps:

1. Make sure check your internet connection and well stable.

2. clear the cookies& caches in your browser history.

3. after step-1 & step-2 still you are facing the issue raise a support case in SN university.
