cab approval

i have question asked by my senior
there is different action for cab approval in flows action what is the name of that action 
it is not ask for approval 
it is not change policy approval 
please help me out

Hi @shehrozabid ,

I am not aware of ths action but you can verify by navigating to action table (sys_hub_action_type_definition.list) > filter by category as change or global or ITSM you may find some lead.

Hello ,

First ask your senior he is asking about custom action or OOB action. And ask more details what he is asking there are lots of action used in flow of cab approver.

Because all the OOB action you can find in the action table.
