My flow got stuck at one step

Hello ServiceNow Folks,

I am facing an issue and need your help. I have a subflow that creates an account (Account Creation Task). This subflow is attached to another subflow(New Hire). When I run the flow, it creates the task for account creation, and the task is successfully closed.

However, when I check the "New Hire" subflow executions, it remains "In Progress," even though the "Account Creation Task" subflow shows "Closed Complete." Because of this, my flow is not moving to the next step.

Could anyone guide me on resolving this issue? I truly appreciate your time and assistance.

I have verified and confirming that the "Wait for Completion" is checked. I have attached a screen shot FYR, please find it.

can you try removing Step 6 from your subflow

OR

share the step 6 screenshot from your subflow
