Hi @SyedShireen,

just to correct it, it's not an error message, it's failed validation.

But the point - on that particualr incident (I don't see the number, but you should have previously created it by Beth) and then impersonate for David Loo and follow the instructions, they are not inclued in your screenshot, if you scroll a little bit down you will find them.

In case you already did it, ensure it was with impersonating David Loo (not admin, not Beth, not Platform User) and if not working. Then repeat the steps - re-create that incident again impersonating Beth and then continue.

If you want, we can review it together, please share details of the incident and also the requirements as I'm not enrolled to the class anymore and I don't remember it anymore...

For Task 5: Create related record, here’s how you can complete it step-by-step:

1. Impersonate user “David Loo”

   • In the header, click on the avatar > Impersonate User > search and select David Loo.

2. Open the required Incident record

   • Filter or search for incidents where the Assignment group = Hardware. (The one you have created while impersonating Beth)

   • Open the matching record.

3. Update the Incident

   • Change the State to Closed Complete.

   • Add a Work note with the text: Cycle server....

4. Save/Update the record.

This should resolve the error message you’re seeing for the task. After updating, you can exit impersonation and verify that the activity is marked complete.
