Unable to import XML

I'm taking the CIS-ITSM Now Learning course. I'm facing issues with uploading an XML onto my instance. I'm receiving an error that the uploaded file type conflicts with organizational policy. Any suggestion on how I can resolve this issue so I can continue with my course?

Hi @Cecilia Serenka 

 

Imported file format should be .xml . As per your shared screen why you are importing JPG file.

Please do import xml file of records . It will work.
