Thanks for reading this post, how is break-fix implemented using the HAM flows (I'd say the OOB flows). One option is the Asset repair flow, however that's assuming the asset is located in a stockroom.
What about the "Asset action" available in incident (or change management) under the Affected CIs tab, has someone actually implemented it and can share details?
Or is there another alternative for break-fix under the HAM flows?
