For this, I'd suggest to align your catalog items directly with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and leverage standardized mapping techniques.

The Recommended approaches would be :

• Group catalog items under defined Service Offerings using the CSDM framework.
• Use top down discovery patterns to connect infrastructure configuration items (CIs) to specific application services.
• Leverage cloud resource tags to build accurate maps without managing complex network credentials.
