I’m working on a Healthcare and Life Sciences implementation and reviewing the documentation about Pre-Visit Management.
From what I understand in the Yokohama release notes, Pre-Visit Management is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances, but it will continue to be supported for existing customers.
Could someone please clarify:
Is Pre-Visit Management still recommended for new projects?
If not, what is the recommended alternative for managing pre-visit workflows (patient intake, document collection, task tracking)?
For existing implementations, is migration to another solution planned or required?
