How to add multiple person details on user profile page?

Hi Team,

How to add multiple person details on user/patient profile page?
I want to add "Add " button on "user_profile" page.So that it should function like a multi row variable set.
Means patient can add his family members details.

which portal is that?

you might have to clone the widget and add your extra stuff there

Its Patient Service Portal which is OOB in Healthcare.
