Hello,
I would like to visual a trend line graph that displays active items at that point in time. Let's take Incidents as an example. I would like to see how many incidents were active on any given day/time period and see the trend of volume. At this time, I am only able to capture total active the day of and have to export that into excel to develop a trend graph.
So far the only thing I am able to find is to trend by date an item was created vs. was it open and active during a certain time period.
For the example attached. This shows all active over time trended by the created date. I want to see that in September, there are currently 385 active vs. the 101 opened in September.
Any ideas?
