Hello! I attended the SNUG meeting at Shell in 2023, where Shell also presented, and I found the session really insightful. I’m particularly interested in learning more about the approach to planning the business case and the decision to return to out-of-the-box functionality with ServiceNow.
We’re currently exploring a similar direction at my company, and I’ve been asked to review this option would like to connect me with someone who could share more details about their experience.
Thanks in advance!

Excellent tip, thank you.
At the moment I'm trying to build a timeline and estimate the planning, implementation and testing since it's not a fresh reboot and like you and @Ricardo Tizon mentioned, how complicated the environment is. Our account management team has provided some guidance, but again it's directed to ServiceNow being introduced to a company; not a company that has been running for years with custom configurations. My goal is to provide the best estimate possible so that we can make the right decision of zboot versus "manage the debt". It's the front-load of the project that concerns me; e.g. the workshops to review current processes and did your company force process changes to the business (and what that experience was like). What challenges you may have encountered with the process owners and users, etc.
