Looking for ideas and topics for NEXT Houston User Group

We just finished a very successful South Texas (Houston) ServiceNow User Group.   Thanks to all of those that attended.   Now on to the next one...

I'm soliciting ideas and topics for the June 2014 User Group meeting.

Is there a particular ServiceNow solution you'd like to learn more about (GRC, Release, Asset, etc...)?

Is there a particular technology you'd like to see as a focus topic (System Wizards, Service Catalog, ZING Search Engine, etc...)?

Is there a unique problem you're trying to solve that could benefit from a group discussion?

Is there a third-party integration you'd like to see addressed (SCCM, SolarWinds, SAP, etc...)?

Is there a particular integration partner you'd like to hear from (Fruition, Cloud Sherpas, ITS, etc...)?

The ServiceNow User Group is YOURS to define.   Give your input on the direction you want it to go.   If you have something to offer the group, please chime in and let's get you on the agenda.

Thanks again to all of those that so actively participated in our last meeting.   My goal is to have over 100 attendees at our Houston User Group.   Dallas typically gets 120-150 people.   We can't let Dallas win, can we??   I look forward to hearing from you.

I would like to hear if others have created a solution where a user can reuse a previously created request that contains multiple items. I am not looking for an order guide that would need to be created and maintained   by IT or a system admin.

I don't know what type of request you're looking at (I'm assuming service requests), but we have a UI action in place that copies a change request previously submitted and allows for edits before the new change request is submitted for approval. This is a heavily-used feature and it also quite useful in testing scenarios.

I would always be interested to see unique and creative ways to keep your service catalog fresh and up to date.

I wouldn't mind seeing some examples of the App Creator, share.servicenow.com, and related topics.
