We just finished a very successful South Texas (Houston) ServiceNow User Group. Thanks to all of those that attended. Now on to the next one...
I'm soliciting ideas and topics for the June 2014 User Group meeting.
Is there a particular ServiceNow solution you'd like to learn more about (GRC, Release, Asset, etc...)?
Is there a particular technology you'd like to see as a focus topic (System Wizards, Service Catalog, ZING Search Engine, etc...)?
Is there a unique problem you're trying to solve that could benefit from a group discussion?
Is there a third-party integration you'd like to see addressed (SCCM, SolarWinds, SAP, etc...)?
Is there a particular integration partner you'd like to hear from (Fruition, Cloud Sherpas, ITS, etc...)?
The ServiceNow User Group is YOURS to define. Give your input on the direction you want it to go. If you have something to offer the group, please chime in and let's get you on the agenda.
Thanks again to all of those that so actively participated in our last meeting. My goal is to have over 100 attendees at our Houston User Group. Dallas typically gets 120-150 people. We can't let Dallas win, can we?? I look forward to hearing from you.

I would love to see a demonstration on how people are using their knowledge base to deflect tickets and how they are tracking this to show cost savings.

Has anybody used Qlikview with ServiceNow for Executive Dashboard / KPI ?
Finding out really great and efficient. Would like to get some insight.
