I'm a Web Developer new to Service Now. I was recently given the responsibility of being the Service Now Developer / Administrator and wanted to get opinions on what Service Now Training courses I should take to become an Expert Administrator and Developer for ServiceNow. I've already taken the 1st System Administrator and Scripting training classes. What additional courses should I take? If there are books or training videos that will help, please include them in your response.
