I'd like to try the format I proposed at the last meeting.
A hands on working session to collectively share customization's you made that you feel others may benefit from and to present challenges you want to discuss and possibly solve with peers.
As an Example: An Administrator has been trying to find a better way to present My Groups Work to his teams who frequently voice they don't want to see the resolved incidents in their queue and the Administrator wants to discuss with the group. Did the group have this challenge? What did you do to solve it?
If you would like to present something or propose a challenge please send me a message so I can start to develop the agenda.
