The Agent Workspace for HR Case Management store application introduced in San Diego release is a new re-factored workspace for HR agents. The new UI Builder-based workspace makes it more configurable and flexible for customers.

@amrithaanayak This is very helpful, can you also explain the difference between the traditional case management vs HR agent workspace Classic vs the Agent workspace for HR configurable.

and if it is decided to go ahead with HR Agent workspace classic or Agent Workspace for HR configurable, is it required to have all the setup (e.g. new fields, etc) on the traditional case management forms and the move to workspace views?
