Hello Friends. We are seeing more custom portals adopting our Now Assist for HRSD and this article intends to walk you through the steps to make the Now Assist for HRSD Case Summarization for approvals available on your portal. This means that your portal URL suffix is something other than esc. We are under the assumption you have already activated the skill. Here are the steps to make the skill available on the custom portal:

 

  1. Change your scope to Now Assist for Employee Experience.
  2. Open the sn_nowassist_skill_config records and filter to open the Case summarization for approvals record (as seen below).

  1. In the Now Assist Skill Config Applicabilities tab Click the New button.
  2. For the parameters, create them as shown below with replacing ecdemo_table with your portal. My portal is ecdemo, so this is why the image reflects this. If your portal was ectest, your parameter should be ectest_table. Be sure to have the __applicable_for_extended_tables__ parameter as true (since this is needed to support the extended COEs). You can keep the order at 100.
  3. Save the record & test. Below is the image of the Skill config record with the newly created record in the list.
