Increase and optimize HR operating efficiencies with Workforce Optimization for HR. This new SKU is purpose-built for the HR agent persona and is a complimentary add-on to our HR Service Delivery product. Provide your HR services leaders the visibility required to optimize productivity across agents based on skillsets, schedules, forecasted demand, and ongoing workload.

 

With a snapshot into historical and real-time data, HR leaders can boost service performance by tracking key KPIs like SLAs breached, cases at risk, # of P1 cases, and more. Forecasting and scheduling also provides managers actionable data to work from – enabling them to proactively prepare for demand surges and optimize team schedules.

 

Drill down into team effectiveness by defining assignment groups and analyzing agent performance against defined metrics. Provide coaching and AI recommended learning recommendations to upskill and reskill your team where necessary – filling important skills gaps and retaining top talent for your organization.

Manager Hub Enhancements

People leaders are at the heart and center of elevating team engagement and productivity. Manager Hub is a purpose-built experience for your people leaders and in the Utah release we continue to add deeper functionality around intelligent insights and suggestions to better support managers.

 

With the new Team Insights tab, managers can leverage chart widgets to visualize in-depth performance analytics and contextual information. We also continue to supplement the manager experience by promoting positive leadership behaviors. With Proactive Prompts, easily suggest recommended actions to managers based on ongoing trends and activities related to their teams.

Employee Center Enhancements

In our personal lives we’re spoiled with consumer-grade experiences everywhere we go - and it’s no surprise employees have come to expect the same in the workplace. As organizations continue re-strategize how employees interface with technology and navigate through systems, Employee Center continues to emerge as the unified launch point for employee touchpoints.

 

In Utah, we continue to enhance the employee experience with greater design flexibility on Employee Center. Admins can now configure the order of the Mega Menu to simplify employee navigation. Additionally, employees can discover the content they need even faster with intelligent search and filtering on Topic Pages. In conjunction, easily feed and update your content repository (i.e., knowledge article, catalog items) with simplified management and additional admin controls.
