2 custom UI Actions 'Approve' & 'Reject' not visible in the HR Agent Workspace after Aus Upgrade

Hello Community,

We have 2 custom UI Actions Abgelehnt & Genehmigt that were visible to the Approve which have the specific role condition to see. After the Australia Upgrade in Dev & QA, there were no code changes or anything that have affected these 2 UI Actions. But still, these 2 got disappear from the HR Agent Workspace even for the users with the required role. 

Client = Checked
Workspace Form Button = Checked
Format for Configurable Workspace = Checked
For example: -
In Prod

Appreciate your thoughts and help in resolving this issue.

you checked with non-english user

Did you check with english user and even after condition and role being satisfied the buttons are not seen?

Hi @AakankshaSK 

 

Since those UI actions were custom, it’s possible that after the ServiceNow upgrade, they no longer appeared because configurable workspaces handle actions through Declarative Actions and Form Layouts rather than legacy Workspace settings.

As a result, the existing UI action configurations may not have mapped correctly to the newer workspace metadata tables.
