Activities are not attaching in HR LE Case

Hi All,

We have configured a lifecycle event for new hire onboarding, which includes activity sets and activities. However, when I raise a case, even though the trigger condition for the activity set is "Immediate," no activities are getting attached to the HR case. The top progress bar shows 0/0 activities. Please see the screenshot below.

What could be the reason, kindly help.

Have you checked whether Audience has been defined for your Activity set for the asked user.

Audience is defined at the 'Activity' level, but activities are still not getting attached. Do we also need to define the audience for the activity set? I believe we don't, right? Even out-of-the-box lifecycle events have audiences defined at the 'Activity' level. Please correct me if I am wrong.

That's correct, so if the audience empty, it will be triggered to all.
