I would like to understand the Mapping of covered countries impact if any:
Some assignment groups under the People Services team are not mapped with any covered countries,
will there be any possibilities impact when we try to map the remaining blank one's of related assignment groups.
just would like to understand the potential impacts may cause if when we map all assignment groups with their respective covered countries.
Specifically, will this change affect the assignment or routing of tickets to these groups which are allready currently mapped / to be mapped for blank ones?
