Activities is not visible in Playbook

I am facing a issue in Playbook in HR Agent Case Management Workspace. My activity set contains 7 to 8 activities but once the activities are triggered it is only showing one activity in the Playbook even though all the activities are triggered, also once this activity is completed the whole activity set gets closed complete even though there are more open activities in it. Every activity I created is a HR task and all the task is added under "HR Task" tab but not showing up in Playbook.

Can you share the setup of the activity set? It does seem strange that all other tasks are also being closed after one task is completed. 

 

Related to the Playbook view, it can be the case that you have no read access to the tasks. Are they all defined for the same HR Service and do you have any ACL's on the HR Task table?
