Add UI action to Workspace Case creation form?

Hi everyone, 

I hope you are doing well. 

I wanted to customize a little bit the case creation page on HR Agent Workspace and I wanted to add a UI action (a button) there. It there any way to do so in UI builder or what is the other approach?

You are using legacy hr workspace and ServiceNow already has HR Agent Workspace based on configurable workspace.

The content comes from this UI page "case_creation" in platform

I won't recommend adding button to that OOTB page
