Employee Relations Case Summary Report

Hi

I am starting to research the use of the Summary Report for Employee Relations cases.  I understand I need to configure the document template to pull in the required information from the ER case.  It was not clear whether I could include details or notes from the various investigation tabs - involved parties, allegations, outcomes, corrective actions in this summary report.

 

I did not find documentation on how to get started with this. Does anyone have suggestions or can share a link to documentation or learning on this topic?

Hi John, I recently tried to explore summary report feature, but I am not even getting the option on the ER case form. Not sure what am I missing here can you please help me on this. Documentation says as an admin I should be getting the option, but it's not there Generate a summary report
