Hi, new here. Is there some sort of ServiceNow branded Adoption Kit available with training material?
For instance, my company uses Workday for an HRIS, and twice a year Workday sets out an Adoption Kit full of step-by-step guides for all users on business processes, training videos, and even graphics they want used to announce Workday updates/upgrades.
Does something like this exist already for ServiceNow? I want to do a gap analysis with my company's current training materials, but did wanted to reference any official ServiceNow guides if possible.

Hey @jordanbrown One option you have is to reference Now Create (which is Best Practices now) and that has implementation details and use cases for most modules. There are user adoption resources available within now learning/ now university that require learning credits. Here's the links for both (You'll have to login of course):
