Agent Assist - Display Different KB Titles, etc.

We are going live with ServiceNow in just a couple weeks, along with Employee Center Pro. We have two SN internal KBs we have been using for the past year and have been appreciating how this pulls into the case/workspace with Agent Assist.

 

My question is - within Agent Assist, is there a way in the search results to display the title of the KB. For example, we have a Tier 1 and a Tier 2 KB that for example, I am a member of both, plus we have the external KB (I know we can toggle the "search by opened for"), but it would be helpful if in the display of results of articles, it showed the KB title at the top so we can differentiate which one is most relevant.

@azeimet , OOB it does show the short description field of the knowledge article in agent assist. If you are not seeing it on your instance, I would recommend you open a support case for further troubleshooting.
