Agent Chat Response Timer

Hello, 


We have recently implemented Agent Chat, and wanted to know if ServiceNow has an Agent response timer.

 


When Agents are working multiple chats and cases, the Agents want some indication (timer) that shows that it was 5 minutes since the last time the customer responded. We are aware of timestamps, but is there a way to do this without having to switch the the IMS to check?
