Agent Assist for knowledge articles configuration is linking to backend (kb?). How to change this so that the "Add link in email" and the KB link actually links to portal (.esp?).
I tried KB0868501 Change the copy Link action in Knowledge articles when viewed from Agent Workspace and this does not work.
Is this in the ui builder knowledge article cards, knowledge view, or search results?
