Agent Workspace Notification

Hi Team,

How we can configure workspace notification ?

i.e As an Agent, I want to receive notifications within the Workspace, So that I can keep all my work within the Workspace view.

Hello,

Do you mean that instead of recieving an email, you will get a notification inside Workspace? Such as a popup or something similar to the old Connect feature?

Or do you want your email notifications to open workspace instead of CMS?
