Hi All,

In the agent workspace there is a bell icon for notifications , from where in servicenow can i configure the notifications for the bell icon.

Please navigate to: 

Workspace Experience > Administration > Notification triggers and look for your record and configure.

Thanks for your response , Sorry i could not reply early to the response , if users are replying back to system generated mails then is it possible to show that users replied to system generated mails in the bell notifications
