Agent Workspace

Hello, 

UI Classic of HRSD, we used a "collaborator" on the case form .  Does such a tool exist for agent workspace?  

Request from the business, is to have the agents reach out to a specific agent to collaborate on a case.  Sending them a notification to go view the case and add any internal work notes. 

Any suggestions would greatly help.

@Denise_Leighton Collaborators is a field on the case form. This field should also be available in the agent Workspace. You need to add this field in the workspace_uib view it it is not already added to this view. Once added, this field will be available to use in the Agent workspace as well.
