Always displays 'No chat agents currently available' in the chat widget on the service portal

Am trying to test the live agent on my personal dev instance. I have configured the service channels, queues, agents. But it always says 'No chat agents currently available' in the chat widget on the service portal.

I have configured the schedule, but it does not seem to work. Below is my config

 

Chat queue

Grp Member and role

logged in another browser as one of the group member 'Rosalie' and the status is set to Available in HR agent workspace

But when i check the 'Chat support' in the main browser (as the sys admin), status says, agent not available.

When the chat queue settings is pointing to 'Agent Workspace', it still says 'No Agent available'

When it is changed to 'Connect', it now says, 'Agents available'; but when trying to connect, it just says 'routing you to live agent' for a long time. Nothing else happens.

So the issue is with Agent workspace

Did you configure the Agent Workspace Chat properly
