Parent Child HR Case Relationship in Agent Workspace

Hi all - 

We only use HR Agent Workspace, and trying to figure out how to relate a parent case OR a child case that is already existing (not net new).  I see the child case list view in AW, and a NEW button to create a new child case - but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to relate an already existing case.  

I have tried in my PDI and see the same behavior as I do in my companies instance.  Is there a parent case field that is available to add on case details form to add this relationship?  Is there a way to select a child case from the child cases related list view without just creating a new case?

Appreciate your help!

Hi @Jamie Narr1 

There is a parent field on HR case. You need edit button to link existing case as child case

@Jamie Narr1 There is already a parent case field available on the HR case form to add an existing case as parent.
