Assigned to is not appearing to assigned people in MYTasks

Hello community,
this HRCASE I ASSIGNED TO this person as shown in the picture:
but when I check his tasked I found it's I needed assigned to him but he cannot see the HRCASE on his my tasks in Employee Center

Does the user have access to those cases? That you are able to assign it, doesn't mean the user also has access. HR is very closed as to who is able to see what.

Hello @ELMAHDI ,
Search "To-dos Configurations" in your navigation and check whether the HR table is available or not.
If it is not then create a new record for your HR table checking with the existing records.
Additionally, check to impersonate this user and open the same case in the backend if it is not opened then issue with the roles so you need to assigned the appropriate roles.
