Hi @Vinya Jakkula , you haven't given us much detail to go on, but have you checked the HR Criteria for the transfer method?
Have a read of the docs here and see if that helps...

What is transfer case? 

 

Check the ACL on the table.

It is possible that the individual is unable to view the transfer case due to HR criteria. Therefore, please proceed to All > HR Administration > Transfer Case Configuration, review the specified HR criteria, and make the necessary modifications.

Hi @KarthikB9365919  I have already hr criteria to all employees.even though it's not visible.
