Assigned to not able to see transfer case

Hi team, 

Can anyone help me please.assigned to not able to able to see transfer case methods.

Here attach any HR criteria for example abc_criteria and add assigned to person for that abc_criteria. Then that abc_criteria people only have access to Transfer case.

Are you saying that the assigned to person on a case cannot see the case after it's been transferred? If so, then look at the COE and HR Service of the original case and the transferred one. If it was transferred to a service on a different COE then you should check your COE Security Policies. Otherwise, check ACLs.
