Assistance Needed "Configure HR Service and Case Template" Task Validation Failed

Hi Community,

I’m working on the Human Resources (HR) Unguided Simulator (Utah) (Course) and have encountered an issue in the Configure HR Service and Case Template section.

I’ve followed the instructions meticulously and configured all listed steps. Despite completing these steps, the task validation fails, and I’m unable to identify the root cause.

Could someone please guide me on what might be missing or incorrect? Any pointers or insights would be greatly appreciated.

You can raise a Case with ServiceNow from Learning portal, they will fix this.

The order of the fields is not intuitive. Make sure the second service is named "Employee Relocation Request" and not "Employee Data Management".
