Attached document into an e-mail in SNow ticket, it is not opening because size is of 0 MB

Attachments are not opening in the activity tab of hr agent workspace which comes with the email its shows 0mb while the email that is received to user is opening correctly.
But when i try to open the same email from the activity tab in the hr agent workspace it does not open

Look in your Inbound actions. Do you have any for that table? If not, you will need to create them. Look at the ones for sn_hr_core_case table as an example
