Auto populate fields from interaction to HR Case

Go to HR Agent Workspace

Open any of the interaction record.

Click on Create HR Case

HR Case creation page gets opened.

 

Is it possible to auto populate the fields on to the HR Case creation page from the interaction (like opened for, employee name, subject person, short description).

Hi there,

 

Sure should be possible. Question though, is "Create HR Case" something you are introducing or is it out-of-the-box? Can't recall.

 

Though should be possible.

We did it recently and the only way possible is by using the Busienss rule.
