All,
Did anyone already figure out how the Employee Center Branding works? The Old branding functionality seams not applicable anymore on the new pro center. As well in the ServiceNow Docs there is no branding section on the installation manual.
can anyone share info/details how to change for example logo, colour scheme etc. for this new employee center PRO.
Thank you

Yes, but that is very limit. For example the footer text / links colour cant be change. As well when the top two header background colour is changed. For example black one and the other with, the link colour cant be split. So in my case i have a light colour background and a dark colour background.. but both are sharing the same link colours.
As well, can you please let me know how i can change the background colour of widgets like "How can we help?".
Thank you!

Hi Alexander,
The branding would be the same as it was with service portal and employee service center. You can manage the CSS at several different places, with Theme, Portal Page, and Widget Instance being the most common ways. For the background color of "How can we help?", I would recommend you add CSS to the widget instance to avoid new widgets or customizing one. If you are not familiar, one way you can do this is:
- Navigate to Service Portal > Pages
- Open the page being used for your EC homepage (e.g., ec_pro_dashboard)
- Click on "Instance with Search"
- Edit the "CSS" as desired
The Footer (found on the EC Theme) will have CSS on it as well.
