Hello Everyone,
I am looking around a solution around Bulk case creation beyond OOTB bulk cases which creates generic cases.
Scenario: HR agent wants to create bulk cases from the spreadsheet which will include the fields like employee id, field1, field 2.. The spreadsheet can be attached to particular HR service case which will in turn creates the child cases for each employee from the spreadsheet and rest of the fields needs to be mapped.
