Cannot find “Granular Delegation List” / “Edit Granular Delegate” widgets

Hi All,

I installed the Granular Delegation plugin in my PDI and can see the widgets “Granular Delegation List” and “Edit Granular Delegate” under Employee Center Core.

However, in my client instances (Dev/Test/UAT), I get the error:

Cannot find widget – sys_id

The plugin is installed in these instances too, but I can’t find these widgets in Service Portal > Widgets.

Any idea why these widgets are available in PDI but not in client instances? How can I locate or clone them?

Have you tried repairing both the Granular Delegation plugin and Employee Center Core?

Yes I did tried repairing plugins but can't find these

Please try to repair plugins if you still experience issue please open HI case.
