Hi friends,
I created delegation rule categories under Granular Delegation for HR and IT in sys_delegation_rule_category table. I created HR categories in HR core scope and IT categories in Global scope and also added delegation rules for each of those categories. On the ECpro portal profile page on impersonation , I find that some of them are not able to see the HR categories to select. We do not have delegator/delegate user criteria specified.
OOB the "Read" access control for the table has the role snc_internal and the security attribute condition is
LoggedIn=true^ORAllowUnauthRolelessAcl=true
How to give access for all users to the categories?
